Guiding to Julie from Canada. 2025.10.29 -2025.11.14

This was her third visit to Morioka. Her main purpose was to learn Japanese language and culture and interact with MSGG members. Members guided her to Hiraizumi , Hachiman-Tai and so on. As a first-time experience, she joined members in making Japanese dishes and enjoyed Morioka specialties, wanko soba and JaJa men. She received calligraphy instruction from Mr. Tamura and wrote the kanji character for “hope.” We had a wonderful time with her. We look forward to seeing her again next time.
カナダのJulie さん、日本語や日本の文化を学ぶことを目的にした三度目の盛岡来訪です。 盛岡善意ガイドの会のメンバーとは、すっかり仲良しになり、平泉や八幡平への小旅行、 家庭料理を作って食べたり、初めてのじゃじゃ麺やわんこそばを堪能しました。 座禅、お習字、日本語の勉強と充実した２週間を過ごしました。 彼女の墨で書いた「希望」がとても美しく、またの再開を願うものです。
