2026年8月16日「舟っこ流し」のアナウンスを行いました。 舟っこ流しとは、盛岡で毎年行われる送り盆行事の一つです。 先祖の霊を安楽の地に送り届ける道案内の為に、龍の形をした 舟に火をつけて川に流します。 盛岡市指定無形民俗文化財に指定されています。今年も、仙北二丁目の舟っこに海外出身者 が参加しました。
On August 16, 2026 We were in charge of narration for Funekko Nagashi. The Funekko Nagashi is one of the Okuribon events held annually in Morioka. During the boat floating ceremony, wooden boats shaped like dragons are burned to guide the spirits of ancestors to a peaceful place in the afterlife. This event has been designated as an Intangible Folk Cultural Asset of Morioka city. Some foreigners joined this event with the Senboku Ni-chome Neighborhood Association.
